Edit PDF text & images

Change words and pictures on the page with editable blocks.

Click any text run to turn it into an editable block: DOCAXO covers the original glyphs and re-typesets your text with the closest matching standard font. Insert PNG or JPG images, drag them into place and resize with handles; existing images can be covered or replaced by placing a new image over them. It works well for short corrections — amounts, names, dates, a swapped logo — and keeps the rest of the page untouched.

Limits & fidelity

Your file never leaves your device. Rendering and export happen with PDF.js and pdf-lib in the tab.

  • Best-effort font matching: embedded fonts are approximated with Helvetica, Times or Courier families.
  • No native paragraph reflow — long edits may need manual line breaks.
  • Existing embedded images are covered, not extracted and re-encoded; transparency is preserved for PNG only.
  • Scanned pages need OCR first.

Free plan: 3 files a day, 15 pages per document, 15 pages per job. No watermark on any plan. Compare plans.
